Texas Criminal Defense

ON YOUR SIDE

As Texas criminal defense attorneys, we advocate for individuals facing state charges ranging from Class C misdemeanors to First-Degree Felonies. We handle everything from bond hearings and jail release to plea negotiations and taking the case to jury trial. We are based in San Marcos and practice in the surrounding areas including Kyle, New Braunfels, and Austin.

Federal Criminal Defense

FIGHTING FOR YOU

As federal criminal defense attorneys, we specialize in defending individuals charged with crimes prosecuted by the U.S. government. This includes crimes such as white-collar fraud, drug conspiracies, and cybercrimes. Because federal agencies like the FBI or DEA investigate these cases, they often carry severe penalties and mandatory minimum sentences.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a Criminal Defense Attorney Cost?

All criminal charges are inherently different and have their own unique factors. We understand hiring an attorney is a significant expense. To that end, we do offer payment plans. For an accurate cost of services, please call our office at 512.738.6146.

How Does a Defendant Get a Bond Reduction?

Only an attorney can coordinate an agreed reduction with the District Attorney’s Office or get you a bond hearing before a district judge. If a judge has indicted the defendant, the attorney can file a Motion for a Bond Reduction. The attorney will then agree with the State for a lower bond amount or move for a hearing in front of the judge.

What Should I Do if I Was Arrested?

Above all, remain calm. Just because you have been arrested for a crime does not mean you are guilty of a crime. But time is of the essence. Call us today at 512.738.6146 for a free consultation on the next steps to defend your freedom.
